We will visit up to 4 classrooms to observe the meal service. We will be looking for compliance in the following areas:

-Students are being served in an organized manner per the training video guidelines and students selecting a reimbursable meal (1 main item and 1 fruit or juice or the fruit, the juice and the milk. 3 points in total without taking double on any of the items)

-Teacher, aid, or student is assigned and checking off students at the point of service (as they receive their meal) not before and or after.

-There is enough food for each student to select the meal items of their choice.

-All unselected items are returned to cafeteria after service.
