Our crew will arrive 1 hour before start time.

We will need 15 tables and 30 chairs with doors open 1 hour before start time.

Sure, will put you down for Senior portraits for 9/27 from 9-1pm.

Then make up seniors on campus for 1/24 from 10-1 for makeup
