Good morning Dr. Flores,

Based on Region Leadership availability, we would like to reserve Friday, August 1 for Summer Graduation.   We would need the Auditorium, Cafeteria and Parking Structure to be available between 2 pm to 8 pm.  The ceremony will be from 5-7 pm.
