I am emailing you to inform you that PANORAMA SH (8610) has been scheduled for a VOIP phone system upgrade. The new phone equipment is scheduled to be delivered Thursday (02.11.2025). ITS-CSIU technicians will be on site to except this delivery and are the only ones able to do so. Once the delivery is excepted the technicians will need a secure onsite location to store the new phone equipment while it is documented and prepared for installation throughout the campus. The technicians will be installing the phones in all rooms that had previously been surveyed. Technicians plan their work in a manner that allows installation and wall mounting of new phones to not interfere with student learning. Phone installations take 5 to 10 minutes per room. This process should take around 1 to 2 weeks and will not impact on your current systems. Please be aware that a short training is necessary with you and your SAA after completion of the install.
