To officially launch the program, we will be hosting a virtual kickoff meeting on:
Date: Wednesday, October 1, 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Location: Zoom (the Heartland team will share meeting invite)
During this session, the Heartland team will guide you through the onboarding process and share a detailed timeline for implementation. To begin onboarding ahead of the kickoff, please complete and submit the attached short survey required to complete the Merchant Processing Agreement (MPA) to me no later than Friday, September 26, 2025.
Note, the hardware is only required if you want to use Heartland to accept in person payments. It is not required to utilize the online school store. If you are unsure how to answer, we can discuss at the kickoff meeting or call me.
